Jean Morris, LPC, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
As a counselor, I strive to provide people with the emotional and psychological support needed to help them establish a peaceful equilibrium while they navigate through life experiences which are at times distressing or overwhelming. My belief is that each person has the answers they seek inside of them; they just need a little assist to find those answers.
I am a nature lover at heart, a proponent of holistic healing, interested in alternative therapies and ever mindful of the importance of maintaining a spiritual connection. Adherence to evidence-based practices helps ensure that I place the well-being of my clients first and foremost. Trust is an important component of therapy and I will treat our collaborative alliance with the utmost care and confidentiality.
As a veteran, I have insight into the types of stressors with which military families contend and I understand the adjustment difficulties imposed by a “hurry up and wait” environment. You will always travel at your own pace, no pressure.
